How do I know which option is right for me?

These packages are built so that you can choose which one is right based on how much support you need during the hiring process.

If you feel good about your ability to successfully onboard your new hire into your business without additional support from me then go with Tier 1.

If you want to make the onboarding and integration process as seamless as possible so that you make the most out of your first 30 days with your new hire then go for Tier 2.

How long do I have to use the included support after our session?

For Tier 1 you have 30 days after your session to use the 1 review for your candidates and 2 weeks of Voxer support.

For Tier 2, you have 60 days after your session to use the 1 review for your candidates, 2 weeks of Voxer support during hiring, and 30 days of Voxer support during onboarding.

What if I have some questions but don’t need hiring help right now?

Great question! If you don’t have an immediate need for hiring help but still have some burning questions to ask you can instead book a 60-minute Power Hour session where you get to pick my hiring strategy and team leadership brain for an hour to get all your questions answered.

Do you have a payment plan option?

Due to the nature of the service, I don’t currently offer a payment plan for these packages.
